For those riders who will be joining the round island 128km ride at the end of April, here is your chance to do a tiny bit of training for it. This is also good for any riders who just want to ride for the love of it. Please read the details carefully.

Date/Day: 4 April 2012 / Wednesday
Time: 8.30pm
Meeting point: East Coast Park, Car park F2 (near Sunset Bay cafe)
Route: ECP to Changi Coastal Road to Loyang Avenue. Rest point at Loyang Shell petrol station. Do a loop at Selarang then back to Coastal and ECP Car park F2.
Distance: 45km in total
Speed: 23kmh to 30kmh
Types of bikes: All kinds are welcomed
Rest stop: We will only stop briefly for a drink at the Shell Petrol Station along Loyang so please eat lightly before the ride. You can eat your dinner after the ride ends

Ride lead: Boo (9185-9841)

Note:
1. PCN riding only from ECP to water point near NSRCC then it's road rides all the way
2. Flat roads from ECP to near Changi Village. Slopes at Loyang Avenue and Selarang.
3. Helmets, covered toe shoes, front blinkers and rear lights are compulsory for this ride.
4. Please put your contact details in case we need to notify you of anything. (PM me if you are not comfy revealing it online)
5. Please listen to all instructions from leaders and sweepers.
6. Keep a bike's length at least for safety.
7. Ride will be cancelled if it rains or roads are too wet.
8. Do have your emergency repair kit for your ownself or money to take cab home if anything happens.
9. You are responsible for your own safety.
10. LCSG is not responsible for any injuries occurred before, during and after the ride.
